We are delighted to announce that The Hampton Clinic will reopen on Monday 13th July, following new government guidelines. Facial treatments and Infrared Saunas are still not permitted, but we will resume all body treatments including laser hair removal, 3D Lipomed Body Contouring and all complimentary consultations.
Over the last few weeks we’ve been working hard to get The Hampton Clinic ready to reopen safely. With additional measures and protocols in place, we have strict policies to make sure we are all set to reopen to the public with the safety of our customers and staff being our utmost priority.
Here are some of the measures we adopted:
- All staff will be wearing full PPE clothing including masks, visors, aprons & gloves.
- We will only allow 2 customers at a time in the clinic, so please arrive on time for your appointment.
- We kindly ask all of our customers to wear face coverings inside the clinic. If you forgot or don’t have one, we will have them available for £1 in reception.
- We will allow extra time between appointments to ensure the staff can effectively sanitize the area before next treatment.
- Several sanitising stations will be available around the clinic.
- If you have any cold or flu symptoms, please contact us before coming to the clinic.
- Please don’t bring anyone else with you, as visitors are not allowed to wait in the reception area or treatment room.
- We are required to keep a temporary record of all clients to support the NHS test and trace system.
- Upon arrival at the clinic, we will ask all customers to sanitise their hands, use the disposable overshoes provided and everyone’s temperature will be taken by a member of staff.
- Magazines, newspapers and paper price lists won’t be available.
Since last Thursday’s announcement, we have received an unprecedented amount of calls and emails. We are extremely grateful to all of you for your loyalty and support and we can’t wait to get everyone booked in again soon but we ask that you please bear with us as we work through all your requests.
We can confirm that everyone who had a booking cancelled in lockdown will be contacted next week to rearrange their appointment.
